Sandy Godina is a former attorney who received her law degree from the University of Pennsylvania in 1997. She was introduced to Pilates while practicing law and enjoyed it so much that she changed careers. Sandy received her certification from Romana’s Pilates, where she trained with Joseph Pilates’ world-renowned protégé, Romana Kryzanowska, and master instructor Sari Mejia Santos.

Bodyscape Pilates overlooks the harbor in Historic Northport Village. We are a spacious studio, fully equipped with classic Pilates apparatus including reformers, chairs, barrels,cadillac,towers,pedi pull, mats and props. It is the perfect location for a workout that energizes both the mind and body.
Our instructors are certified in the Authentic Pilates tm Method. This method of training was developed by Master Instructors who are dedicated to the preservation of the teachings of Joseph Pilates. The program requires seminar training as well as 600 apprenticeship hours with both practical and written testing. Our clients can expect effective and safe training from our devoted staff.
