Danna began practicing yoga in high school over 25 years ago. She found in yoga a practice that allowed her to access inner vitality, peace and wisdom. Her love of this practice and the anchor it provides in her life, led her to become a certified yoga teacher through the Sivananda organization in 1996. She traveled to India in 1998 to study advanced yoga techniques at the Sivananda Ashram in Kerala and Ashtanga yoga with Sri K. Pattabhi Jois in Mysore. Alongside her yoga practice, Danna pursued a career as a television documentary producer over ten years. In 2006, she gave birth to her son and left television production to be home with him and to teach yoga. In 2008 she became a certified prenatal yoga instructor.

He awoke to Non-dual Reality. After Realization, as an adolescent, he began intensive austerities called tapasya and through these he accomplished and mastered all the branches of Yoga, proving through his own experience that they are all genuine paths to the realization of Supreme Self or God — Everlasting Oneness or Immortal Truth.
