Thistle Hill Tavern is a casual, seasonal restaurant and bar brought to you by Chef Dale Talde, David Massoni and John Bush serving American tavern fare and handcrafted cocktails. John and Bar Manager Bill Riley have complemented the restaurant’s menu with a cocktail and wine program which reflects the restaurant’s commitment to local ingredients. Thistle Hill’s dining room is handsomely outfitted with original mahogany wood floors, exposed brick and ivory walls lined with wainscoting. The restaurant is also decorated with a collection of antique photos, prints and ephemera representing Brooklyn’s storied history and iconic personalities.

Alma is a landmark in the New York dining scene. Built from the ground up, handcrafted by the four owners, each of the three floors offers a unique atmosphere. Mexican Restaurant and Tequila Bar. Originally established in 1992, Gabriela’s was the brainchild of famed restaurateur Gabriela Hernandez. After tasting Gabriela’s cooking Gavriela knew that he wanted to have a restaurant that featured these kinds of authentic flavors and dishes in a time when tex-mex was king. Gabriela brought up her family from Mexico who developed the menu and recipes still in use today. It was an instant upper west side sensation.

Heartland Brewer and Beer Hall is the fourth beer hall to opened under the Heartland Brewery. The Beer Hall is located at the South Street Seaport at the corner of Fulton Street and faces Pier 17 and the East River. The bar offers great food, a wide range of seasonal beers on tap and even has a function room for private parties.

The Union Hall is a 5,000 square foot bar, restaurant and live music venue in the heart of Park Slope, Brooklyn.
It offers cozy firesides, a stately library, two indoor bocce courts, outdoor garden seating, and a downstairs bar and music venue. New York Press says Union Hall "offers downtown style mixed with Brooklyn's trademark down-to-earth friendliness."

The Marrow is a contemporary German and Italian restaurant located amidst picturesque brownstones and cobblestone streets in the West Village. Run by Chef Harold Dieterle and Alicia Nosenzo, owners of nearby Perilla and Kin Shop, the restaurant aims to be a neighborhood restaurant as much as a destination. The food is inspired by the ethnic heritage of Harold’s parents, reflecting his father’s German ancestry and mother’s Italian lineage. To complement The Marrow’s menu, Alicia Nosenzo and Beverage Director Jill Roberts, have created an extensive, yet approachable beverage program that includes nearly 400 wines, with a strong emphasis on Italian, German, and Austrian producers. Specialty cocktails and a curated selection of craft beers will also be available. The refined, yet casual dining room brings together the regional spirit that is featured on the menu and features a large L-shaped granite bar, floor-to-ceiling windows, and a soon to open 20-seat private dining room.
