he Phrog Personal Training Studio is the creation of Thomas Yannitte, fitness trainer, published author, exercise design engineer, and wellness coach.
Phrog departs from fad diet and exercise wisdom not only in its’ holistic approach to fitness, but also in Phrogs moderate, long-term philosophy of healthy living and what Yannitte calls “Reality Training”, or training for individual real world life styles. His program presents a more realistic approach to fitness: safe gradual weight loss, improved health and wellness, and greater knowledge of exercise needs. Yannitte gives clients the tools to make better lifestyle choices - not for two weeks, a month, or a year, but for the rest of their lives. He contends that his program yields dramatic results: more energy, greater happiness, and an increased sense of control over personal wellness. Welcome to Body Tech Fitness, proudly serving the Lambertville, New Jersey & New Hope, Pennsylvania areas. Since 2001, Body Tech Fitness has been operated by Gene and Kendra Lelie. The original gym was comprised of approximately 1100 square feet and included 15 members. Over the years, Gene and Kendra have expanded the space and membership and today, Body Tech Fitness is housed in a 15,000 square foot facility with over 1800 members.
