Rick Reed and Phil Curtin, owners of Inlet Fitness, have spent a lifetime in the fitness industry. Both trainers and athletes since childhood, Rick and Phil are physical trainers certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and the American College of Sports Medicine. Inlet Fitness is the culmination of years of study and dedication to helping others attain their fitness goals.

The Freedom Aquatic & Fitness Center provides a broad range of year-round recreational, educational, social and cultural programs and activities. The facility is designed to attract and serve a variety of individuals and groups, including, but not limited to, the general public, youth, school and community groups, the elderly and persons with disabilities.

Verve specializes in offering private personal training, yoga, zumba, boxing, triathlon conditioning, therapeutic massage and much more at our state-of-the-art facility in Rosslyn and our McLean studio location.
