The studios are large, modern, fully mirrored with sprung floors specifically designed for dance. It is here that our students are trained in the disciplines of Ballet, Broadway Theater Dance, Musical Theater and Tap. Registration is on all levels, beginner to professional, children (3 years old) to adults. There is live musical accompaniment for most classes. Our Summer Workshop is an outgrowth of this school.
The American Theater Dance began in 1982 as The American Dancemachine, a professional company and school, whose mission it was to reconstruct, perform and preserve the great dance numbers from Broadway shows. When founder/director Lee Theodore died in 1986, we became The American Theater Dance Workshop.

Champion Irish dancer and former lead of Riverdance, Kathleen Ryan, has expanded Ryan Irish Dance Academy to five locations across Nassau County.
Miss Kathleen has been dancing for more than 25 years, launching her international career with Riverdance on Broadway in 2000 and touring widely across North America with the iconic Celtic company until April 2005.

Established by artistic director Igal Perry in 1983. Since its inception, the Center's goal has been to provide a broad spectrum of dance education within a nurturing and professional environment, preparing dancers for the continually evolving international dance arena. The school at Peridance Center offers an open program of classes, a comprehensive Foreign Students Program, and a graded children's program named the PeriChild Program. The Center is also the home of Peridance Ensemble, the renowned contemporary dance company.
Peridance Center is located in a beautiful landmark building, one block south of Union Square in the Greenwich Village area of Manhattan. This location is currently being renovated to accommodate 6 large, professionally equipped studios featuring high ceilings, column free space, sprung floors, pianos and excellent sound systems. The ground floor features a state-of-the-art theater, a coffee shop, and a Capezio dance store.

Beth Jucovy has performed extensively and given workshops and classes in Duncan, ballet, modern, and jazz techniques both in the US and throughout Europe and Israel. She choreographs for and directs Dance Visions, a professional company performing works of contemporary choreographers, as well as the works of major dance pioneers. Dance Visions has been the recipient of over fifteen NYSCA decentralization grants. The company performs throughout Long Island and the NY metropolitan area. Beth also danced for a decade with Andrew Jannetti and Dancers, performing frequently at many NYC venues. She was a soloist with the Downtown Ballet Company for six years, as well as with Ameridance International, a jazz dance company based in Munich, Germany. She is an Isadora Duncan dance specialist trained since childhood by Julia Levien. She had also worked intensively with Anna Sokolow. She has received critical acclaim in the major NY papers as well as abroad for her performances

Located in New York City’s Greenwich Village, was founded in 1953 by Robert Joffrey and Gerald Arpino to develop and train professional dancers. In more than fifty years of existence, the Joffrey Ballet School has remained on the forefront of American dance education. Karine Newborn was born and raised in Paris France where she studied ballet with teachers from the Paris conservatory and The Paris Opera, she also studied jazz, modern, placement and voice. At the age of 15 she started working in some of the most renowned modern jazz companies in Paris and performed in "Cats" (Paris). She continued her career in France until she moved to America to pursue bigger dreams. She worked as a dancer,Choreographer and dance teacher for well over 2 decades, and had the joy of performing in many stage shows ("Golden Boys", "Cats", "Aida" (Broadway) and numerous music videos & movies ("South Pacific" with Glenn Close, "Do You Want To Dance" etc.) trade show industrial (Nike, Asix, Abba & many more).

O início das atividades do Professor de Danças João Piccoli, deu-se através de sua primeira mestra e tia Maria Antonieta.
João contribuiu junto a profissionais e alunos da respeitadíssima Escola de Danças de Carlinhos de Jesus a desenvolver a maior coreografia a dois já mostrado em carnaval com 25 casais dançando na ala de gafieira.
João, também, esteve presente com seus alunos em trabalhos realizados em teatros, programas de televisão e eventos institucionais.

A Cia Nós da Dança, sob direção da premiada Regina Sauer, está presente nos palcos brasileiros desde 1981. O Lyceu destaca-se pela qualificação de seus professores, por sua metodologia de ensino e por promover espetáculos nos principais festivais de dança no país e no exterior.

O Ponto da Dança é atualmente uma das escolas de dança de salão de maior destaque em Belo Horizonte. Alegria, respeito e envolvimento, aliados à qualidade técnica dos profissionais que integram a equipe Ponto da Dança, fazem da escola um referencial para aqueles que buscam, além da dança, diversão e prazer de viver. Nosso espaço é composto por quatro salas bem decoradas, banheiros, recepção e bar. São aproximadamente 300 m² de puro charme e bom gosto. O Studio de Ballet Bertha Rosanova foi fundado em 1957 numa vila em Laranjeiras, onde está localizado até hoje. É uma escola de dança especializada em ballet clássico, dirigida pela prima bailarina absoluta do Theatro Municipal do Rio de Janeiro, Bertha Rosanova. O Studio oferece aulas para alunos a partir dos 3 anos de idade e sua estrutura educacional é dividida em 6 níveis. A equipe atual de professores é composta por bailarinos do Theatro Municipal e os formados na própria escola.

Em agosto de 1991, Leonardo Wenceslau e Elaine Reis fundaram a Academia de Dança e Arte Pé de Valsa, concretizando o sonho de ter uma escola com uma nova didática no ensino da dança de salão. Nestes 18 anos de funcionamento, mais de 5 mil alunos já passaram pela Academia, que, hoje, tem dois endereços em Belo Horizonte: nos bairros Cidade Jardim e Carlos Prates.
