DDK Tours was established in 1985 by Charles L. Alphin Sr. when he was a sergeant in the St. Louis Police Department, as an educational and historical venture for all people. Realizing how misinformed he was concerning nonviolence and Dr. Martin L. King, Jr., he wanted to share this information with others, especially youth.
