Max Fitness has a number of different programs in Martial Arts and fitness, ranging from Kung Fu for children as young as 2 years old, all the way up to adult Kung Fu and Black Belt programs. Our fitness programs are tailored for every individual from beginner to advanced and include Cardio Kick, Boxing, Yoga and Martial Fitness.
