KIDDIELAND has over 30 rides and attractions. Founded in 1929, it is Chicagoland's oldest amusement park and has the reputation of being one of the finest traditional parks in the country. The Hollywood Walk of Fame is simply one of a kind. Here streets glitter with the sparkle of fame. And there are, of course, the famed stars. Names of actors, actresses, musicians, and iconic figures that are world renown. John Wayne, Johnny Carson, Michael Jackson, Madonna, Walt Disney... People from around the world visit simply to see their favorite "star" in person, and people can be seen for miles (the walk is actually in an entire neighborhood that lasts for a couple miles) posing for pictures with their stars. This in fact, is one of the most iconic of American images. And while walking the Walk of Fame, take pictures of the famed Hollywood sign up above. Pier 96 offers Walk up Kayaking every weekend and holiday from 9AM until 6PM with the last boat going out at 5:30, and weekday evenings from 5PM-7PM with the last boat going out at 6:30PM in July and August. Introductory classes are held at Pier 96 every Wednesday at 6PM.
The Downtown Boathouse is an all volunteer-run nonprofit organization dedicated to providing free public access to the harbor in New York City through public kayaking programs. Downtown Boathouse's mission is to encourage safe public use of the harbor waters of New York City and thereby provide residents of this space-constrained city with increased recreational opportunities. It supports our operations exclusively through public donations and the efforts of volunteers.

Jacksonville Ice & Sportsplex offers 100,000 square feet of recreation, sports and meeting space all under one roof. The Sportsplex side houses 55,000 square feet of space which include meeting space, small breakout rooms, multipurpose courts, general fitness space, and turf space. The Ice side houses a NHL Regulation sized Ice Rink.

Surrounded by the same stately trees for which it was named, The Oaks, in Portland, Oregon in 2005 will celebrate its 100th consecutive year of operation, making it one of the oldest continuously operating amusement parks in America. Built by the Oregon Water Power and Navigation Company, the park opened its gates on May 30, 1905 to Portlanders who arrived by foot and on horseback, in automobiles and by boat from the Willamette River. In keeping with the design of other "Trolley Parks" across the country, most of its visitors disembarked from trolley cars which ran along the Portland-to-Oregon City tracks forming the eastern boundary of the park.

Petco Park is an open-air ballpark in downtown San Diego, California, USA. It opened in 2004, replacing Qualcomm Stadium as the home park of Major League Baseball's San Diego Padres. Before then, the Padres shared Qualcomm Stadium with the NFL's San Diego Chargers. The stadium is named after the animal and pet supplies retailer Petco, which is based in San Diego and paid for the naming rights. Source

Surrounded by two wooden giants, Coaster Alley is not the type of place you want to walk through alone. It takes friends and guts to climb aboard Tremors, Silverwood’s signature 60-mile per hour wooden rollercoaster. After all, dropping over 100 feet and plunging through pitch-black underground tunnels of terror is not for the faint of heart. Tremors was named one of the Top 5 coasters in the nation by Teen People magazine.
