We travel regularly to the Aveda Institute in New York City and to Aveda Headquarters in Minnesota for advanced training. In addition we have an in-salon training program. Both John and Martha Prell founded Unique Salon Concepts, Inc in 1991. John Prell has a history in the industry that speaks for itself and Martha's experience in the corporate world make them the perfect pair.
