The Rock Health & Fitness Club is located in the heart of Astoria in Queens, New York which offers an exciting 30,000 square foot health club for men and women of all ages. We offer country club style locker rooms equipped with steam room and saunas. We offer live DJ music as well as complimentary child care for our members. The Rock also offers free nutritional and fitness counseling. Two municipal parking lots are located adjacent to the facility where members are assured to receive professional and courteous service from the moment they arrive at the Rock.
