he Phrog Personal Training Studio is the creation of Thomas Yannitte, fitness trainer, published author, exercise design engineer, and wellness coach. <br> Phrog departs from fad diet and exercise wisdom not only in its’ holistic approach to fitness, but also in Phrogs moderate, long-term philosophy of healthy living and what Yannitte calls “Reality Training”, or training for individual real world life styles.
