The Fun Spot

RockSport proudly offers 4,200 square feet of indoor rock climbing. This includes many features such as overhanging walls, bouldering caves, and beginner walls. Since opening in 1990, we have safely introduced over 13,000 people to climbing for all ages, abilities, fitness, and interest levels. We are the only indoor climbing gym located in the Queensbury area. It is just minutes from the popular Adirondack destination of Lake George and 15-20 minutes from Saratoga, NY.

The massive stone bridge arch - the largest marble cave entrance in the east - dominates this spectacular display of ancient Adirondack geology from rock over one billion years old. Take a walking stick, map, and camera and set out on a self-guided, above-ground, natural stone step nature trail and experience up-close the many unique rock features, such as potholes, grottos, a gorge and mill site waterfalls. Descend into lighted surface caves with raging waterfalls or tranquil dark pools. Over 135 rides, shows, and attractions including seven roller coasters and a full outdoor water park! Looney Tunes National Park , our fantastic new children's area, featuring 10 new rides and attractions. Meeting Bugs Bunny, Tweety, and their Looney Tunes friends, plus enjoying all the new rides, will add up to a day of fabulous fun for our young thrill seekers.
