owner, Michael has been a personal trainer since 1995. His love for athletics began while attending Rye High School where he varsity lettered in wrestling, football and baseball. He has also successfully competed in bodybuilding winning the (Mr. Teen Natural Pennsylvania Title 1990) and has won various karate tournaments and holds a Brown Belt Goju USA.
