HGC’s roots date back to the East Hampton Gym which was established in 1996. Following a head-to-toe renovation of the Fitness Center of the Hamptons, the East Hampton Gym became the mecca for personal training in the Hamptons. After another facelift and equipment overhaul in 2006, the East Hampton Gym remains THE gym to be seen in.
