"Our mission is to offer professional dance training in all genres of dance. We strive to expose young aspiring dancers to opportunities that will enhance their dance knowledge and training. We will work as mentors to dancers, and give them ample opportunities to perform dance as an art form. We are not a typical “competition team”. We will not put winning above training. We will nurture dancers in a positive structured environment."

Teaching people to dance since 1984. A combination of well-trained, professional staff, and a warm, comfortable studio environment have helped thousands of students learn to dance. Whether it's a basic Fox Trot for your first dance as bride and groom, a Swing for all those great rock-n-roll and country tunes, or Hustle and Hip-Hop to take to the clubs, our friendly staff can have you dancing well and feeling great in no time.

Step into a studio where three decades of dance instruction have created something special in Sayville. From tiny dancers just turning three to adults discovering movement for the first time, the lineup spans tap, rhythm tap, ballet, pointe, jazz, lyrical, hip hop, and ballroom styles. Little ones can tumble through Tots classes or bond during mommy & me sessions, while five and six year olds dive into combination classes that blend multiple techniques. The winter months bring a cozy energy to the studio as students progress through holiday performances and seasonal recitals, making it an ideal time to join the ongoing tradition here. Whether you're lacing up your first pair of dance shoes or refining technique you've built over years, this is where that journey unfolds.
