East Hampton Gym

HGC’s evolution continued in 2002 with the acquisition of a local favorite, The American Fitness Factory. Another floor to ceiling renovation gave birth to the Sag Harbor Gym. Its size (14,000 sf) triples that of the East Hampton Gym. Sag Harbor Gym has a light, airy atmosphere and is known for its premiere group fitness instructors and studios.
