Lupa Osteria Romana opened its doors on October 1, 1999 under the partnership of Jason Denton, Mario Batali and Joseph Bastianich, and Mark Ladner. The idea behind the four men was to open a casual restaurant specializing in Roman trattoria fare of the highest quality at a moderate price. Under the direction of Mark Ladner, executive chef, the menu at Lupa has received rave reviews from many prominent critics, magazines and newspapers. This is the result of Lupa's uniqueness that other restaurants in New York are not able to match. In 2005, Steve Connaughton took over the helm as executive chef after four years as Mark Ladner's sous chef.

Talde is a Casual Asian-American Restaurant & Bar brought to you by Chef Dale Talde, David Massoni, and John Bush. The 65-seat restaurant offers guests a casual and comfortable, yet elevated, dining experience, showcasing Asian-American fare reflective of the distinct cultural and culinary experiences of Executive Chef/Partner Dale Talde. Setting the scene at TALDE is an impressive collection of Asian mahogany wood-carvings that Bush and Massoni salvaged from an antiques warehouse in Pennsylvania. Another focal point of the restaurant space is the 6-seat chef’s counter with views into the open kitchen, where guests can watch and interact with Chef Talde and his team as they work.

Founded in 1944 by Pasquale "Patsy" Scognamillo, Patsy's Italian Restaurant has been in its current and only theater district location (in the building just next to the original site) since 1954. In over 55 years of existence, Patsy's Italian Restaurant has had only three chefs--the late Patsy himself, his son Joe Scognamillo, who has been at the establishment since the tender age of seven, and Joe's son Sal Scognamillo, who has been manning the kitchen for the past 15 years.
