Atlantic Terminal Mall is a shopping mall located on Atlantic Avenue surrounded by Hanson Place, Fort Greene Place and Flatbush Avenue in the Fort Greene section of Brooklyn, New York. <br> It is also across the street from the older Atlantic Center Mall (via a small enclosed bridge from Target) which was developed by the same real estate company, Forest City Enterprises. It is also an office building and part of the ticket office of the Long Island Rail Road's Atlantic Terminal, which has been been under the process of renovation since the mall was built. The MetroTech Business Improvement District (BID) is a non-profit community development organization founded in 1992 to further revitalization of Downtown Brooklyn. <br> Based at MetroTech Center, the BID provides public safety, sanitation, economic development, marketing and-promotional services throughout a 25-block District made up of diverse businesses, universities and government agencies.

The Manhattan Mall, one of the few traditional indoor malls in New York City, is located at 33rd Street and Sixth Avenue. There are entrances to the 34th Street-Herald Square subway station and the 33rd Street PATH station on the second basement level. <br> The mall is located in the high-rise building formerly used by the Gimbels flagship store, which closed in 1986. On April 18, 2007, JCPenney announced that it would open a 150,000 square foot store at the mall, its first in Manhattan.
