"At Atlantis, we work with each client to develop a customized program to meet his/her particular needs. Clients do not pay membership fees. They purchase packages of individual training sessions and/or classes. Generally, most train two to three times a week and also use the cardiovascular equipment at their convenience.The staff at Atlantis is committed to seeing that each person realize his/her own personal goals! <br> The Atlantis concept was born in December 2000 when Robyn and Ira Frank opened the first location in Atlantic Beach.
