Like so many Kung Fu disciplines, Wing Chun is a very old fighting system, shrouded in secrecy and passed on to only a select few. It was virtually unknown in the west until the 1960s, when Yip Man - the legendary teacher of Bruce Lee - revealed it to the public. Grandmaster Yip Man - who has been deemed one of the most influential Martial Artists of the 20th century by Inside Kung Fu magazine - had other renowned students, including his eldest son Yip Chun. This is the heritage of Sifu Yip Pui (Terence), Yip Chun's most senior student teaching in the United States.
