Emerging from near oblivion brought about by financial decline, and operational difficulty caused by an old and outdated facility, Jamaica Hospital is today a larger, stronger and more prominent medical and community health institution.

Forest Hills Hospital is a member of the North Shore-LIJ Health System. As a 222-bed community hospital located in an ethnically diverse residential neighborhood in northern Queens County, it is the Hospital’s mission to provide our community with the highest quality and most compassionate healthcare in the county.
