Peak Physique is primarily a Personal Training / Small Group Fitness Training Facility, offering a variety of training options, designed to guide you towards your health and fitness goals. Offering one on one personal training, Semi-Private training, Boot Camp classes, and Boxing classes. We are dedicated to helping you reach beyond your potential and create your Peak Physique. Offering small Group Fitness Training classes, every morning, and every evening. Keeping all the training groups small, so you receive all the personal attention to detail, that you need and deserve. You also won't find any other fitness center that opens their door every week, for a FREE Boxing / Boot Camp class. No Excuses.
Group exercise classes are 55 minutes unless otherwise noted. Cycling classes are 45 minutes. Small Group Training classes are 60 minutes. Registration is required. "Our journey as The Training Studio, Inc. began in a small facility 9 years ago, offering our clients personal training only services. We found the need to expand into a new facility located within the walls of NyackFitness. We still have the privacy of a Personal Training Only Studio, but we added so much more for our clients.
Our mission is to provide the tools and resources for our clients to reach and maintain their goals. Your trainer will continually assess your physical accomplishments and limitations, to progress you as fast as possible.
