Theodore Anthony once designed cosmetic cases for Elizabeth Arden. But in 1946, he decided to set off in his own direction and open his own shop on Upper Madison Avenue in Manhattan. Here he created a name for himself and found a following that any designer would be proud to have. Today, his grandson has taken the reins of the company and T. Anthony continues to mean in 2007, what it meant in 1946.

Anya Hindmarch started her business at the age of 19 following her passion for accessories and design. The business has grown from Anya's first shop, an intimate first floor shop on London's Walton Street, to thirty seven shops worldwide. A further eighteen are to be added by February 2008 with a new shop fit, including two new London flagships on Sloane Street and Bond Street.<br> In both 2006 and 2007 Anya Hindmarch was awarded Designer of the Year by Glamour magazine. In 2007 Anya designed the global sell out tote I'm Not A Plastic Bag using her influence in a positive way to make it fashionable not to use plastic bags.

Coach began more than half of a century ago as a family-run workshop in a Manhattan loft. Six artisans handcrafted a collection of high-quality leathergoods using skills passed down from generation to generation. Discerning consumers soon began to seek out the high standards of Coach workmanship.
