Suffolk County Adventure Boot Camp is a four week outdoor fitness program that offers fitness instruction, nutritional counseling and motivational training - packed with fun and energizing activities designed to help you reach your fitness goals. Group exercise classes are 55 minutes unless otherwise noted. Cycling classes are 45 minutes. Small Group Training classes are 60 minutes. Registration is required.
