BodiBalance™ is a system of dance training, body conditioning and kinesthetic awareness all in one. It was created especially for dancers by New York dancer/choreographer Carol Fonda. It gives you a clear physical understanding of how freely and spontaneously your body is designed to move, no matter what style you dance. <br> Every BodiBalance class contains aspects of the uniquely designed Floor WarmUp and the Movement Principles that make up the BodiBalance experience. Apply these tools to dance exercises and choreography and take your dancing to heights of free and energetic flow.

The School has the distinction of being the longest continuously operating school of dance in America and is a charter member of the accrediting organization, the National Association of Schools of Dance. Students come from around the world to study at the Martha Graham School of Contemporary Dance, the only school primarily focused upon teaching the Martha Graham Technique and Repertory. <br> Classes are taught by faculty members who worked with Martha Graham and who are or have been members of the Martha Graham Dance Company. The course structure culminates in the professional training of young dancers, who perform locally and nationally as Graham II. <br> Martha Graham students and dancers represent a broad range of cultures and backgrounds, and they take this unique American art form around the world to teach and perform.

The studios are large, modern, fully mirrored with sprung floors specifically designed for dance. It is here that our students are trained in the disciplines of Ballet, Broadway Theater Dance, Musical Theater and Tap. Registration is on all levels, beginner to professional, children (3 years old) to adults. There is live musical accompaniment for most classes. Our Summer Workshop is an outgrowth of this school. <br> The American Theater Dance began in 1982 as The American Dancemachine, a professional company and school, whose mission it was to reconstruct, perform and preserve the great dance numbers from Broadway shows. When founder/director Lee Theodore died in 1986, we became The American Theater Dance Workshop.

Founded by award winning Irish dancer Nicole Dimone T.C.R.G. At the young age of 6, Nicole was introduced to the world of Irish Dance by her grandmother, who instilled in her the love and appreciation for all things Irish. Nicole began her journey at the Inishfree School of Irish Dance, under the instruction of Neil and Sean Reagan. Nicole had the opportunity to attend several workshops given by Anthony Costello, a noted teacher and adjudicator from Limerick, Ireland. She then continued her dancing career at the Mulvihill Lynch School of Irish Dance.

Before going to socials we suggest to learn at least basic steps of few most popular social dances like: Salsa, Merengue, Foxtrot, Waltz, Tango, Swing and Hustle.
