A corporation established by Deborah Fraulo, Carolyn Mackey & Allison Noto. After a decade of winning numerous awards and successfully teaching dance to students at local dance studio's, after school programs, competitions and auditions, these three young women decided it was time to make their long time dream a reality. In March of 2004 they set into motion their long anticipated "NEW BEGINNING" Deborah, Carolyn & Allison's success & love for teaching & choreographing led them to open their very own dance studio.

Primary teacher Miss Mary Anthony, successful choreographer, professional dancer and owner of The Mary Anthony Dance Theatre founded in 1954. Every class Ms.Anthony teaches is highly structured with a form of discipline and a technique that is highly unique in many ways that focuses on every part of the body making her classes unforgettable.

Cathy's Dance Studio was founded in 1956 by Miss Cathy Dooley and has carried out one tradition for over the past 53 years - a mission of sharing the art of dance with children of all ages and adding the excitement of cutting edge dance techniques.
Miss Cathy had a vision of bringing quality dance instruction at affordable prices to every student who had the desire to dance. And she shared that vision with the people of Astoria for over 26 years.
Today, Miss Michelle continues Cathy's Dance Studio's mission by fostering the arts in our community and attracting dancers from all of New York City's five boroughs, as well as Long Island, upstate New York, and New Jersey.
Whether it's traditional tap or pointe ballet, cutting edge jazz or hoofer-style tap, lyrical, rhythm tap, acrobatics, or modern ballet, Cathy's Dance Studio's talented and energetic teaching staff delivers the best instruction money can buy!

He was born July 3,1950 in the same hospital as Tito Puente; raised by his Puerto Rican parents in Spanish Harlem, a.k.a. El Barrio, New York City. Torres's mother, a hospital worker; his father an inventive plumber, sparked Eddie's knack for inventing. No dancers or musicians in the gene pool to Eddie's best knowledge.

It is the mission of Creative Arts Studio to encourage learning through artistic methods that are individually meaningful to each student. In our second decade of business we continue to hold close to this mission.
2009 brings an eventful year; one filled with difficult and uncertain times. In this economic climate the presence of instability has become weighty and troublesome in our own lives, around the country and throughout world. Established in 1986, Deneille's Dance & Exercise Studio opened it's doors with the intension of teaching each and every single student on an individual basis; concentrating on a students particular strenghts and interests offering a complete and quality curriculum in all areas of dance. 23 years later while the world has changed in many ways our standard of excellence remains. Although we have adapted to the modern world, we still insist on teaching and training with a good old fashined touch; that includes knowing every one of our students by their first name and knowing something special about them. At Deneille's Dance & Exercise Studio we are NEVER short on happiness, and pride ourselves on providing superior training to all our students. The studios are large, modern, fully mirrored with sprung floors specifically designed for dance. It is here that our students are trained in the disciplines of Ballet, Broadway Theater Dance, Musical Theater and Tap. Registration is on all levels, beginner to professional, children (3 years old) to adults. There is live musical accompaniment for most classes. Our Summer Workshop is an outgrowth of this school.
The American Theater Dance began in 1982 as The American Dancemachine, a professional company and school, whose mission it was to reconstruct, perform and preserve the great dance numbers from Broadway shows. When founder/director Lee Theodore died in 1986, we became The American Theater Dance Workshop.

Alexandra Beller/Dances is an ensemble of highly skilled dancer/actors working on the edge between dance and theater. Rich with personal revelations, performances attempt to move, stimulate, impassion and incite the audience. Ripe with metaphor, abstracted narrative and controversial ideas, the dances traffic through the dangerous territory of homophobia, sexism, and emotional isolationism. The company seeks to intersect distinctions between races, nationalities, sexual orientations and political affiliations through a series of artistic collisions. The creations are a truly unique hybrid form, where speaking and moving are essential forces in the creation of meaning. Dances often pay homage to great writers and fertile landscapes of words are often used to create a sense of place, time and relationship. Movement is a key to the startling, idiosyncratic and mysterious information that resides in the body.

As a small studio Dance Centre was able to provide individual attention to each dancer. Currently with 400 students and 4 teaching rooms, we are still dedicated to each student, both as a dancer and a person.
As diverse as the art of dance itself, our faculty is made up of instructors who specialize in teaching specific forms of dance to specific age groups. Our teachers have danced on Broadway, in movies and in music videos. Their one common philosophy is that teaching the love of dance is as important as teaching the technique of dance.
