BY METRO: Mazza Gallerie is located directly over the metropolitan area's only four-portal Metro station on Metro's Red Line at Friendship Heights. Southpark Mall is a shopping mall in the Colonial Heights, Virginia and Petersburg, Virginia area. It contains 76 stores and is anchored by Dillard's, Macy's, JC Penney and Sears.[1] The Hecht's store was renamed Macy's on September 9, 2006. On July 11, 2007, the mall opened its new Regal Cinemas Stadium 16 theater. The facility covers 68,000 square feet and includes approximately 3,100 seats. The old 6-screen theater in the food court area has converted into an extended food court. The food court now contains a Subway, Stir Fry 88, and Knockout Burgers. Sbarro is moving into the new section along with a new laser tag operation. The mall has also just finished new flooring throughout.

Dillard's opened at Willow Lawn in 1998, replacing the former Belk. This Dillard's did not last long, however, and was closed by 2004. The former Dillard's was soon replaced with Gold's Gym and Ross Dress For Less. Barnes & Noble, which opened in the 1990s, moved out in 2000 and was replaced with Staples.
Federal Realty began a renovation of the mall in 2005, taking a portion of the enclosed mall and returning it to an open-air strip. Also in 2005, Ben Franklin Crafts (which was formerly an outparcel) and K & G Fashion Superstore moved into the mall, the latter replacing most of the food court. Tower Records closed in 2006. Bergen Town Center is a dominant super regional shopping center located in Paramus, New Jersey, featuring specialty shops and eateries, including Century 21, Filene’s Basement, Marshall’s and Off 5th-Saks Fifth Avenue Outlet.
Bergen Town Center is an 816,000 square foot shopping center. It originally opened in November 1957 as an open-air center. It was then renovated and enclosed in 1973. In 2006 ground was broken for a major renovation that will position the Bergen Town Center as a premiere center in the northeast. Future tenants include Whole Foods, Target and others. Bergen Town Center is conveniently located in Paramus, NJ, which has the second-highest concentration of retail in the US, second only to Manhattan's 7th Avenue. Bergen Town Center is just off of Route 4 East at Forest Avenue and can be easily accessed from Route 17, the Garden State Parkway, the NJ Turnpike, the George Washington Bridge and the Lincoln Tunnel.

Located north of the city of Wilmington, Delaware, in the unincorporated Brandywine Hundred area along U.S. Route 202. The mall is located a short distance south of the Pennsylvania border and it attracts shoppers from Pennsylvania and other neighboring states wishing to take advantage of tax-free shopping in Delaware. The mall opened in stages over a period of several years. The first of the mall was an Almart, a now-defunct discounter, which opened in 1965. In 1971, a Pomeroy's (now-defunct department store chain) was added. The Almart later became a Jefferson Ward (Montgomery Ward-owned discounter), and was then a Bradlees for a brief time until it was demolished for a Sears.
