Bergen Town Center is a dominant super regional shopping center located in Paramus, New Jersey, featuring specialty shops and eateries, including Century 21, Filene’s Basement, Marshall’s and Off 5th-Saks Fifth Avenue Outlet.
Bergen Town Center is an 816,000 square foot shopping center. It originally opened in November 1957 as an open-air center. It was then renovated and enclosed in 1973. In 2006 ground was broken for a major renovation that will position the Bergen Town Center as a premiere center in the northeast. Future tenants include Whole Foods, Target and others. Bergen Town Center is conveniently located in Paramus, NJ, which has the second-highest concentration of retail in the US, second only to Manhattan's 7th Avenue. Short Pump Town Center is located in Henrico County, Virginia on Broad Street, approximately 1 mile (1.6 km) west of I-64 Exit 178A/B.
