Founded in 1944 by Pasquale "Patsy" Scognamillo, Patsy's Italian Restaurant has been in its current and only theater district location (in the building just next to the original site) since 1954. In over 55 years of existence, Patsy's Italian Restaurant has had only three chefs--the late Patsy himself, his son Joe Scognamillo, who has been at the establishment since the tender age of seven, and Joe's son Sal Scognamillo, who has been manning the kitchen for the past 15 years.

Talde is a Casual Asian-American Restaurant & Bar brought to you by Chef Dale Talde, David Massoni, and John Bush. The 65-seat restaurant offers guests a casual and comfortable, yet elevated, dining experience, showcasing Asian-American fare reflective of the distinct cultural and culinary experiences of Executive Chef/Partner Dale Talde. Setting the scene at TALDE is an impressive collection of Asian mahogany wood-carvings that Bush and Massoni salvaged from an antiques warehouse in Pennsylvania. Kosofresh is a Build-Your-Own-Bibimbap bar with two locations in Midtown East. BiBimBap literally means "mixed meal" or "mixed rice". This dish is served as a bowl of warm white rice topped with namul (sauteed and seasoned vegetables) and gochujang (chili pepper paste). A raw or fried egg and sliced meat (usually beef) are common additions. The ingredients are stirred together thoroughly just before eating. Not only is BiBimBap a delicious and healthy meal but the DIY (Do-It-Yourself) component adds to its appeal.
