The Manhattan Mall, one of the few traditional indoor malls in New York City, is located at 33rd Street and Sixth Avenue. There are entrances to the 34th Street-Herald Square subway station and the 33rd Street PATH station on the second basement level.
The mall is located in the high-rise building formerly used by the Gimbels flagship store, which closed in 1986. On April 18, 2007, JCPenney announced that it would open a 150,000 square foot store at the mall, its first in Manhattan. As a result, retailers and the food court on the second underground level have been closed to make way for their new store. Source

Accessible through a private entrance on 56th street, the residential condominiums comprise floors 30 through 68 and are considered one of the world’s elite luxury residences, catering to public figures, athletes, celebrities and other affluent sophisticates. A magnificent waterfall runs through the Atrium of Trump Tower further enhancing its beauty, with Trump Bar and Trump Grille on its entrance and lower level.
