"We fly two flights a day, weather permitting. These flights are at sunrise and approximately two hours before sunset. This is when the winds are the calmest. Your balloon adventure will last around 2 1/2 hours with an actual flight duration of about 45 minutes to one hour. Following the flight there is a traditional champagne and hors d'oeuvres reception. Non-alcoholic beverages are provided. Reservations are required as space is very limited!! We can carry four and six people respectively plus the pilot in each balloon. Weekends tend to fill up quicker than weekdays but usually space is available a week in advance."

The three-hour public dinner cruise features a four-course dinner composed of seasonal appetizer, entrée and dessert choices, each prepared fresh onboard by Executive Chef Dennis Weeks and his team.
