Winter mornings get crowded with people seeking refuge from the cold in group sessions—spinning classes, yoga flows, pilates reformers, and kickboxing rounds all happening simultaneously. Personal trainers roam the cardio theater section where rows of equipment face screens. The locker rooms feel more like a spa than a gym, complete with complimentary towels and a juice bar where you can refuel post-workout. Between traditional strength work and specialty classes like tai chi, there's enough variety to keep any routine feeling fresh.

This nod to London's White Cube is hard to miss. After a renovation and expansion (added Spring 2012), East 83rd St includes TWO Soul studios: a 70-bike studio complete with black lights and disco balls and a 45-bike studio for even more Soul! In addition, there are two floors complete with lockers, showers, a listening bar and Soul Lifestyle Shop! With the same good vibes and challenging workout as the original, Soul East 83rd is sure to change your body and feed your Soul.
