The Greene Grape began in 2004 with a small wine store in Fort Greene dedicated to small production wine in an affordable price range. Today that commitment has extended to a 2nd store in Manhattan.

Wines that are age-worthy and that merit cosseting to ensure that they mature properly under the best possible conditions. As you will find when you check out what is available, many of these wines have fully matured and reached perfect drinkability; many others will merit further ageing in your own cellar, should you choose them. And some few fall into the "hard to get" category.
