That same formula has traveled through the Rosen family across three generations, remaining largely unchanged despite the decades that have passed. What's striking is how seriously the operation takes its craft: only three individuals have ever held the role of cheesecake supervisor since day one, and even now, a single person shepherds every stage from blending through final bake. During winter months, there's something especially comforting about stepping inside and catching that aroma—the richness of cream cheese and butter mingling with the warmth of a bustling kitchen.
