This Midtown restaurant's specialty is yakitori (which means "grilled chicken") — a traditional Japanese street food — with an important extra detail: dishes are made with premium-quality meats. Chicken is the focus of the menu, but all sorts of meats are available, as well as classic appetizers such as onigiri and gyoza.
