Thai yoga is performed in comfortable clothing, barefoot, on a floor mat and is suitable for clients of all ages and abilities. They rehabilitated injured and sickly WW1 soldiers in England and worked to prevent injury and produce peak performance in professional athletes in New York City. It usually takes two years to become a fully certified Pilates instructor. We study anatomy and train rigorously acquiring a deep understanding of the body.
