It combines passive stretching, joint mobilization, acupressure, soft tissue manipulation and energy meridian work to reduce stress and create balance throughout the body. Thai yoga is performed in comfortable clothing, barefoot, on a floor mat and is suitable for clients of all ages and abilities. The Dance Studio of Park Slope is the original center for dance and fitness in Park Slope for both Children and Adults. In September we begin our 33rd year of business in this community, in our new home at 630 Sackett Street (between 3rd and 4th Avenues)!
