THAI YOGA BODYWORK (Nuad Bo-Rarn) is an ancient healing art with origins in Ayurvedic yoga, Chinese medicine and Buddhist meditation. It combines passive stretching, joint mobilization, acupressure, soft tissue manipulation and energy meridian work to reduce stress and create balance throughout the body. Thai yoga is performed in comfortable clothing, barefoot, on a floor mat and is suitable for clients of all ages and abilities. Increase your range of motion and muscular strength, release constricted organs and muscles, and reduce stress while laying on your back!

The Dance Studio of Park Slope is the original center for dance and fitness in Park Slope for both Children and Adults. In September we begin our 33rd year of business in this community, in our new home at 630 Sackett Street (between 3rd and 4th Avenues)! Our Grand Opening, October 1st, 2008 brought our students to this incredible new space that offers: large, state of the art dance floors - both floating and sprung, central air conditioning and heating, storefront access for ease with strollers, less street congestion for those who drive, public transportation 1 block away on both buses and subway, close to schools, simply put - new and better everything.
