Directed by Colleen Saidman, Yoga Shanti is a full-time, year-round, East End Yoga studio in the Hamptons offering opportunities for every kind of student, and a multitude of different yoga classes. Westhampton Beach's sole yoga destination has been creating peaceful escapes for three years running, and winter brings a wonderfully intimate energy to the studio. The full roster of classes draws instruction from teachers who genuinely know their craft, and booking ahead keeps things flowing smoothly during peak times without scrambling at check-in. Beyond the mat, the private treatment room opens doors to massage therapy, acupuncture, acutonics, sound healing, reiki, and thai yoga bodywork tailored to what your body needs. The team also brings drum circles directly to your space. Weekend sessions tend to fill up quickly during the warmer months, making advance reservations especially worthwhile when demand picks up.

Ellen (Elle) Worth, Director, certified 500 hr YA Certification from Yoga Shanti-Sag Harbor, NY 2004. Focus is on the breath, technique and alignment based on the studies and influences of B.K.S. Iyengar, and Anusara yoga. I am grateful for the influences of my teachers, Jessica Bellofatto, Colleen Saidman-Yee, John Seeley, Rodney Yee, Lippy (Susan Orem), Manorama and Edward Clark of Tripsicore Yoga.

Bodyscape Pilates overlooks the harbor in Historic Northport Village. This method of training was developed by Master Instructors who are dedicated to the preservation of the teachings of Joseph Pilates. Stepping into this studio, you'll find yourself guided by an instructor whose two decades of hands-on work has shaped how she approaches every class. Lauren brings credentials that span the full spectrum—a Sports Medicine degree and a Masters in Exercise Physiology from Adelphi University ground her teaching in real anatomical knowledge. Her Pilates certifications through IMX and the Pilates Academy International cover every method, while her yoga training includes a 200-hour RYT from Yoga Alliance and additional certification through Yogafit. What sets her apart is how she weaves this expertise into teaching everyone from beginners to advanced students, plus she's trained to lead children's classes through Neney's Yoginis. Beyond the mat, she's DONA-certified as a doula for birth and postpartum support. During winter months, the warm, welcoming energy inside offers the perfect retreat from the cold—a place where you can move, breathe, and feel genuinely supported by someone who understands both the science and the heart of what she does.

KamaDeva Yoga teachers come from diverse yogic backgrounds, and our class schedule reflects many of the different styles of Yoga that are practiced. Although all styles are based on the same physical poses (asanas), they often vary in their emphasis. All levels of student are welcome in all Open Level Yoga classes, so you can continue to test a variety of styles until you find one that suits you.

Located in Amagansett Square, on Main Street in Amagansett, NY. It was founded in 2000 by Jolie Parcher, who is the caring director and a teacher.
