Located in Amagansett Square, on Main Street in Amagansett, NY. It was founded in 2000 by Jolie Parcher, who is the caring director and a teacher. Since its inception, thousands have passed through the doors of Mandala, and many have become familiar faces. When you walk into Mandala, you can feel the relaxed, non-judgmental sentiment all around you. If it’s your first time walking through our doors, or if you’ve come to call the studio a second home, you will feel the loving vibe that has been created by all of our wonderful students and teachers. This is a place of respect, where you are free to grow and learn without being too hard on yourself. At the same time, through classes both beginner and advanced, you will find yourself challenged. You will find more faith in your own abilities, as the loving teachers have faith in you. Your self-confidence and self -awareness will increase. KamaDeva Yoga teachers come from diverse yogic backgrounds, and our class schedule reflects many of the different styles of Yoga that are practiced. Although all styles are based on the same physical poses (asanas), they often vary in their emphasis. All levels of student are welcome in all Open Level Yoga classes, so you can continue to test a variety of styles until you find one that suits you.

Bodyscape Pilates overlooks the harbor in Historic Northport Village. We are a spacious studio, fully equipped with classic Pilates apparatus including reformers, chairs, barrels,cadillac,towers,pedi pull, mats and props. It is the perfect location for a workout that energizes both the mind and body. <br> Our instructors are certified in the Authentic Pilates tm Method. This method of training was developed by Master Instructors who are dedicated to the preservation of the teachings of Joseph Pilates. The program requires seminar training as well as 600 apprenticeship hours with both practical and written testing. Our clients can expect effective and safe training from our devoted staff.

Ellen (Elle) Worth, Director, certified 500 hr YA Certification from Yoga Shanti-Sag Harbor, NY 2004. Focus is on the breath, technique and alignment based on the studies and influences of B.K.S. Iyengar, and Anusara yoga. I am grateful for the influences of my teachers, Jessica Bellofatto, Colleen Saidman-Yee, John Seeley, Rodney Yee, Lippy (Susan Orem), Manorama and Edward Clark of Tripsicore Yoga.

Her Pilates certifications through IMX and the Pilates Academy International cover every method, while her yoga training includes a 200-hour RYT from Yoga Alliance and additional certification through Yogafit. What sets her apart is how she weaves this expertise into teaching everyone from beginners to advanced students, plus she's trained to lead children's classes through Neney's Yoginis. Beyond the mat, she's DONA-certified as a doula for birth and postpartum support. HGC’s roots date back to the East Hampton Gym which was established in 1996. Following a head-to-toe renovation of the Fitness Center of the Hamptons, the East Hampton Gym became the mecca for personal training in the Hamptons. After another facelift and equipment overhaul in 2006, the East Hampton Gym remains THE gym to be seen in.
