Today, Fallbrook Center is a one million sq. ft. open-air center, featuring top name and value-oriented retailers including Party City, Kohl's, Michael's Arts & Crafts, Designer Shoe Warehouse, Linens 'n Things and Petco. Fallbrook Center will open Home Depot, Trader Joe’s. Yan Can Cook, Cold Stone Creamery and Quizno’s later this year.

Flatiron Crossing Mall is a shopping mall owned by Macerich Property Group in Broomfield, Colorado. It has many shops, including Abercrombie and Fitch, Hollister, American Eagle, Apple, Dicks Sporting Goods, and Aeropostale. It also has a large food court and outdoor shopping center. It has a sandbox and play area for children, and many hang-out spots for teens and young adults. It also includes many kiosks outside of the shops that have a variety of items to buy. The mall includes several water features outside; one a 30 foot natural waterfall and a smaller pond feature outside the food court.
The FlatIron Crossing mall is one of three shopping venues in the FlatIron Improvement District, which operates the free Zip Shopping Shuttle. The Zip connects shoppers and employees with FlatIron Marketplace and Mainstreet at FlatIron. The Zip also connects with local and RTD regional bus routes. Market Mall is one of the largest malls (by area) in Calgary, Alberta. It is located in Varsity, a suburban neighborhood in the City's northwest quadrant on Shaganappi Trail.
The latest expansion saw the addition of the South wing, an underground parkade, a larger food court, and a complete renovation of the existing centre. The new area has many new and more popular stores that in some cases are entirely new to Calgary. The centre utilizes a one level 'racetrack' layout, or figure eight.

Quaker Bridge Mall is a two-level, major shopping center located in Lawrenceville, New Jersey, on U.S. Route 1 near Interstate 295. The mall opened in 1975, and has over 120 retail establishments. Owned by Kravco Simon, the mall's anchor stores include J.C. Penney, Lord & Taylor, Macy's, Old Navy and Sears. It is also the location of the transmitter for the New Jersey-based radio station WKXW-FM, better known as New Jersey 101.5.
