Capitola Mall is a shopping mall located in Capitola, California. It is managed and owned by Macerich. The mall sits on the northern edge of the Monterey Bay in Santa Cruz County. Capitola Mall is located on 41st Avenue just off Highway 1 at Capitola Road in Capitola. Capitola Mall opened in 1977, and was renovated and expanded in 1988/89. The mall opened in 1991, and has 5 department stores and over 165 stores on two floors totaling 1,117,689 square feet, including the 500-seat Oasis Food Court.
