Situada no bairro Ouro Preto, foi inaugurada em 23/09/2005 e nasceu como ampliação de um negócio que já fazia parte da vida de seus proprietários.
O casal Renato e Geisa já possuía uma distribuidora de produtos alimentícios, a Ouro Distribuidora, localizada no bairro Santa Efigênia, que atendia lanchonetes, restaurantes e traillers de sanduíches. Assim, após 1 ano de trabalho e conhecimento do ramo, surgiu o desejo de ampliar os negócios. O caminho natural, então, foi abrir uma lanchonete, visto que já possuíam todo o conhecimento operacional e uma grande estrutura no fornecimento de matéria-prima. A escolha pelo bairro Ouro Preto se deu pelo fato de os proprietários morarem na região e sentirem falta de um local que oferecesse sanduíches de qualidade. Nasceu, assim, a Ouro Burguer. E a origem de seu nome agora você já sabe: vem da Ouro Distribuidora e o nome do bairro foi apenas umas feliz coincidência. E feliz, também, tem sido a história dessa loja, que com muita dedicação vem crescendo e ganhando o respeito de seus clientes, muitos dos quais já se tornaram amigos. |

O Balanceado nasceu em 1999 de um projeto visando alimentação saudável e qualidade de vida para quem come diariamente na rua e se preocupa com a saúde, com o objetivo de economizar calorias sem perder sabor. A loja Downtown, inaugurada em janeiro de 2008 tem a mesma proposta do Balanceado em suas demais lojas. Neste novo formato de loja o Balanceado trabalha com pratos que o cliente escolhe entre 17 pratos principais (frangos, peixes, carnes vermelhas grelhadas ou crocantes, proteína de soja, tortas, quiches ou panquecas) que podem ser combinados com 18 acompanhamentos e 4 molhos leves, oferecendo assim uma enorme possibilidade de diferentes pratos com visual bastante atraente e sempre muito saudáveis. A história do LA MOLE começa em abril de 1958, quando o italiano Domenico Magliano fundou a pequena Sorveteria e Pizzaria La Mole, na Rua Dias Ferreira, no Leblon. O restaurante foi se expandindo e diversificando sua cozinha, introduzindo novos conceitos na gastronomia carioca, como o famoso couvert e o medalhão à piamontesa. Legendary restaurateur Artie Cutler's (of Carmine's, Docks, Ollie's, Virgils, Gabriela's, Jake's, Columbia Bagel's) last project was to build a great 1930s New York Jewish delicatessen. When Artie passed away his wife Alice and her brother Carl joined Jeffrey Bank and Chris Metz to finish this project. To rediscover and recreate the flavors of 1930s homestyle Jewish cooking, Jeffrey and Chris tried hundreds of heirloom recipes and talked with people who lived through the era.
The research paid off. Artie's Delicatessen, which opened October 1999 as a tribute to Artie, heralds the comeback of a heritage almost lost. Overflowing with hanging salamis, house cured corned beef, pastrami made from a secret recipe and other traditional deli meats, it is a nosher's wonderland. And Artie's hand made hot dogs and knishes from the grill are not to be missed. Yet Artie's wine list is contemporary; the service staff is young and knowledgeable and the music up-beat and hip. |
