Owned and actively managed by Elle Jardim and Donna Singer, both of whom trained under the tutelage of the legendary master trainer Romana Kryzanowska. It is upon this strong foundation that the structure of our centers has been built. Our mission at CFM is to create a warm, inviting atmosphere with a no-nonsense approach to Authentic Pilates and Gyrotonic training.
