Owned and actively managed by Elle Jardim and Donna Singer, both of whom trained under the tutelage of the legendary master trainer Romana Kryzanowska. It is upon this strong foundation that the structure of our centers has been built. Our mission at CFM is to create a warm, inviting atmosphere with a no-nonsense approach to Authentic Pilates and Gyrotonic training.

Located in Midtown Manhattan, opposite the New York Public Library, offering yoga classes in New York City for students of all levels of proficiency from beginners, and those with Special Needs, including prenatal yoga classes, to the most advanced students. Ashtanga yoga, Vinyasa yoga and Iyengar yoga classes available.
