Kosofresh is a Build-Your-Own-Bibimbap bar with two locations in Midtown East. BiBimBap literally means "mixed meal" or "mixed rice". A raw or fried egg and sliced meat (usually beef) are common additions. The ingredients are stirred together thoroughly just before eating. The Jekyll & Hyde Club is a themed restaurant owned by Eerie World Entertainment in New York City, New York, specifically in Manhattan. It derives its name and theme from Scottish author Robert Louis Stevenson's 1886 Victorian gothic novel The Strange Case of Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde.
