Lethbridge Centre is a two storey enclosed regional multi use complex housing retail shopping, an 11 storey office tower, a professionnal galleria and a 6000 square foot Conference and Event Facility.
The centre is oriented in an easy/west direction and is anchored in the west by a two-storey department store that is wholly occupied by The Bay. The office tower adjoins the centre at the east end. The main retail level and office tower were built in 1975 with the second retail storey being completed in 1988. Today, Lethbridge Center boasts the tallest office building in the downtown core. The office tower is home to a variety of businesses including financial planners, goverment offices, insurance brokers, accountants, psychiatrists, dentists and more. The main level offers a mixture of local independent and chain retail shops. The second floor houses a professional galleria and a women's fitness and day spa. |

Four Seasons Town Centre is a three-story shopping mall in Greensboro, North Carolina. Currently anchored by Belk, Dillard's and JCPenney; it was the first enclosed shopping mall in Greensboro. Currently, it is the only indoor shopping mall within Greensboro's city limits; however, nearby Friendly Center, an outdoor shopping plaza, has many of the same tenants. It is also the only three-story shopping mall in North Carolina, though some department stores at two- or one-story malls have multiple stories. West County Center is a shopping mall located in Des Peres, Missouri, originally built in 1969. The original mall closed in 2001, and a new mall on the site opened in 2002. From the mid 1990s-2007, the mall was known as Westfield (Shoppingtown) West County and was one of 7 St. Louis malls owned by the Australian mall company until CBL & Associates acquired 4 out of 5 Westfield St. Louis malls in October, 2007. With over 37 years of history and commitment to the City of Edmonton and south Edmonton Communities, Southgate Centre opened in 1970 with 65 stores and services. It was anchored by The Bay, Woodwards and Woodwards Food Floor. Southgate Centre was the largest shopping centre in Edmonton at the time.
Since then, Southgate Centre has evolved within the retail industry in Edmonton and has gone through numerous changes. It was expanded in 1982 doubling the size of the property, including the addition of roof top and decked parking and expanding the store count to over 130. In 1999 Southgate Centre underwent a further major renovation and redevelopment, which saw the Food Festival relocated and expanded, second level development, revitalised public spaces and a host of new and freshly renovated stores. |

Marlborough Mall is a shopping mall located in Calgary, The mall has expanded several times and today includes approximately 100 stores and services. The current anchor stores are Sears and Wal-Mart.
The mall is located in the north-east quadrant of the city, in the community of Marlborough next to the Marlborough C-Train Station. It is located at the corner of Memorial Drive and 36th Street. Physically it shares the same block as the Applewood Village condominiums. The south and west ends of the mall are bound by 4-lane divided roads. Centerpoint Mall (formerly Towne and Country) is a shopping mall located in Toronto, Ontario, Canada on the corner of Steeles Avenue and Yonge Street. It is home to Canadian Tire, Zellers, The Bay, and until May 2008, a Loblaws (converted to No Frills). The mall also has a beer store on the southeast corner of the property. Newtonbrook Secondary School is built behind it.

It still contains its original bowling alley, as well as the city's largest movie theatre complex, the Famous Players Scotiabank Theatre Chinook formerly the Paramount, with 16 screens and an IMAX.
