Recently, a plan has been approved to expand the mall in order to create a "lifestyle" shopping complex. With these additions, a fashion wing will be devoted to connecting Nordstrom to Macy's with high-end boutiques, several other smaller anchors, more dining options, and other new stores. Located north of the city of Wilmington, Delaware, in the unincorporated Brandywine Hundred area along U.S. Route 202.
