The Mall at Prince Georges is an enclosed regional shopping mall located in Hyattsville, Maryland, at the intersection of Belcrest Road and East-West Highway (Maryland Route 410). Southpark Mall is a shopping mall in the Colonial Heights, Virginia and Petersburg, Virginia area. On July 11, 2007, the mall opened its new Regal Cinemas Stadium 16 theater. The facility covers 68,000 square feet and includes approximately 3,100 seats.
